Build It Fresh
Add the fresh lime juice and Bodega Blanco.

LET'S MAKE IT

Prep the Glass
Take a chilled Rocks glass and rim it with Paprika Chipotle Salt. Add a block of ice.
Turn Up the Heat
In a shaker, muddle the coriander and jalapeños to release their flavour.
Build & Shake
Add the remaining ingredients, fill with ice and shake well.
Strain & Finish
Double strain into the prepared glass and garnish with a slice of brined jalapeño.

Take a chilled Highball glass and rim it with Paprika Chipotle Salt.
Build the Base
Add the Bodega Blanco, grapefruit juice, lime juice and simple syrup.
Bring the Fizz
